For me, the performing arts have a unique meta­phor­ical power to reflect today's world. What issues or ques­tions move us? The perspect­ives are as diverse as the people. As an artist myself, I find the weekly exchange with young people partic­u­larly inspiring, because the dialogue between gener­a­tions is essen­tial for the devel­op­ment of contem­porary art, and I am happy to parti­cipate in a space of reflec­tion on theatre in all its possible forms, where all voices are heard, where we can talk about our common­al­ities and, above all, discover the diversity of our artistic interests.

The theatre world is so diverse and broad that once a week is hardly enough to get a compre­hensive picture of what is happening on the stages of the world - Switzer­land - Lucerne. But the super­v­istas help out a little. It fulfils a great need of mine to see the most diverse aesthetics, working methods and constel­la­tions. Talking about it after­wards with a diverse group helps me to ques­tion my inter­pret­a­tions and viewing habits, to learn from the know­ledge of others, to realise that you don't have to know anything specific to talk about theatre and also to admit from time to time that I found things quite touching or cool that others perhaps didn't feel the same way.
